At Ezora Hair, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Have the lace uncut
  • Not be washed, dyed, styled, or altered in any way
  • Be free of odors, makeup, or other signs of wear
  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at ezorahair@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item.

Please do not send items back without first receiving return authorization from Ezora Hair.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped, or
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Ezora Hair is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Inspection & Refunds

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

If your return meets our eligibility requirements, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed only after Ezora Hair has received and inspected the returned item.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns for wigs that have:

  • Had the lace cut
  • Been worn
  • Been washed
  • Been dyed or colored
  • Been chemically treated
  • Been altered or customized in any way

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
