At Ezora Hair, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance purposes, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We only accept returns on items that are unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items that have been worn, brushed, cut, styled, washed, altered, or damaged will not qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Wigs that have been worn or altered

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
